Executive Director: Fred Lamberson III

Fred is a Native American who  was born and rasied in Trinidad California on the Trinidad Rancheria he lives there today with his wife Teresa. Together they have six children and eleven grandchildren.

 After battling drug addiction for 25 years Fred entered the doors of Teen Challenge June 9, 1998, after graduating the program in Southern California he and his wife Teresa attened TCMI in South Gate California and graduated there in the class of 2000. In 2001 Fred and Teresa returned home to start Redwood Teen Challenge.

Today Fred is The Excutive Director of Redwood Teen Challenge, Pastor of Club 5:17 and sits on the Trinidad Rancheria Tribal Council.

Fred has a heart for the lost and broken.
