Step 2: Contact Us
Once you have filled out your application please contact us by

When you contact us please provide us with your first and last name and let us know if your application was completed online or if it was faxed. One of our admissions coordinators will speak with you and ask you a few other questions and tell you more about the program and decide if Redwood Adult & Teen Challenge is a good fit for you. This would be the best time to address any questions or concerns you may have before entering the program. We do require a physical and blood work to be completed before entering Adult & Teen Challenge but there are exceptions to this policy. If you need to enter immediately one of our admissions coordinators can enroll you and we will take you down to get your physical and blood work done during your first two weeks in the program.
Step 3: Arrange Transportation
If you live outside of Eureka, please arrange for transportation once your application is approved. Redwood Adult & Teen Challenge is not responsible for your transportation to any of our facilities or transportation home in case of dismissal or early termination from the program.
Step 4: Enter Redwood Teen Challenge
Once your application is approved and we have all of your required documentation one of our intake coordinators will approve you and let you know what day you may enter the program.
